Carmel International Festival Results
Thanks to all those who stopped by my booth at the Carmel International Festival to share your encouraging words about my work. A HUGE thanks to those who appreciated my quirky animals enough to take a few pieces home with them! Unfortunately, the second day the weather proved to be a major issue and the event was closed three hours early. :( Be sure to stop by my next event, Mama's Marketplace in Fishers, Indiana (see below for more information).

Please check out Lawrence Art Center
Support local arts and get Christmas shopping done, too! I've been lucky enough to be a part of this growing art center. :)

Two Thumbs Up for ArtSplash
I made it back from my very first (but hopefully not last) ArtSplash show in Sioux City, IA. It was a fabulous experience, aside from the unpredictable wind--it almost, quite literally, took off with my tent--and unexpected chill. The people hosting the show took great care of us exhibitors. They provided coffee, water and snacks throughout the day; and they were always happy to help, even though I'm sure it was just as hectic of a weekend for them. I can only hope I get into this show again next year!
Thanks to those people who came to my booth and complemented my work; it's always nice to get positive feedback. And, of course, thanks to those who purchased some of my things. I hope you continue to enjoy my little, quirky works of art!
Unfortunately, in my stress ball moment, I forgot to take a picture of my booth. Oh well, it's a work-in-progress anyways.
